Rachel is a devoted mother of four, wife, intuitive healer, and baker. Rachel is also a Licensed Midwife and the founder of Wise Women Medicine, where she has dedicated herself to holistic healing practices including herbalism, homeopathy, and energy medicine.

Highly sensitive since childhood, Rachel embraces her gifts as a clairsentient and clairvoyant, offering intuitive guidance and channeling messages that support others on their healing journeys. Her work weaves together the wisdom of The Midwife, The Healer, The Seer, and The Wise Woman, honoring both ancient wisdoms and modern needs. Through Reiki and Akashic Records sessions, she holds safe and sacred space for clients to release, transform, and reconnect to their soul’s truth.

Rachel’s own path has been profoundly shaped by personal experiences with loss, shadow work, and resilience, most recently through the passing of her baby girl Noa, in 2024. This journey has deepened her compassion, her presence, and her commitment to walking with others through grief, healing, and renewal. Having navigated the shadows, Rachel is grounded in light. Her mission is to embody her many callings and offer wisdom, nourishment, and healing in all she does, serving as a midwife of both body and spirit—helping others find their truth and wholeness. Her healing practice embodies both compassion and courage, offering a sanctuary for those navigating their own soul journeys.

In addition to her work as an Intuitive Healer, Rachel is a baker and owner of Wise Women Sourdough, a micro-bakery specializing in handcrafted sourdough baked goods made with high-quality, and organic ingredients. With a lifelong passion for baking, she finds deep joy in nourishing others through her delightful baked goods, blending artistry with intention in every loaf, cookie, cinnamon roll and all her other delicious treats.

Through the Akashic Records, Reiki and Sound Healing, she offers clients a way to honor the shadow while simultaneously stepping into and embodying their light.
